Our newly renovated B&B is clean, tidy, and practical, with thoughtful design to make the most of your space. Under-bed storage helps you keep belongings neatly tucked away, while high ceilings and fresh décor ensure a comfortable, airy feel. Our modern shower rooms feature both waterfall and handheld showers, along with all your daily essentials. Whether you love to eat, drink, walk, cycle, swim, or explore, you’ll find endless opportunities right on your doorstep.

We’re adjacent to Berwick railway station, offering easy access to Brighton (26 mins), Eastbourne (16 mins), and Lewes (8 mins). Walk five minutes down the road to your right and you’ll reach the beautiful Arlington Reservoir, or head left to visit the popular Drusilla’s Zoo. We’re also just a 13-minute drive from Glyndebourne, and only 18 minutes from Newhaven Harbour for convenient travel to and from Dieppe.

We offer continental breakfast on weekdays and a full breakfast at weekends. Breakfast is served from 9:30 to 10:45am.
